The Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates congratulated China on the entry of China’s Tianwen-1 probe into orbit around Mars.

February 16th local time, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister and Chief of Dubai, tweeted on social media in Chinese and Arabic, respectively, congratulating China’s Tianwen-1 probe on its successful entry into orbit around Mars.

Previously, on February 9, the UAE’s Hope Mars rover successfully entered orbit around Mars, making the UAE the first Arab country to send an unmanned probe to Mars.
