December 14th, Polish President Duda held a meeting with Prime Minister Moravisky, Health Minister Nedersky and others on the national coronavirus vaccine immunization plan.
After the meeting, Duda expressed the hope that the plan would be successfully implemented and effectively and understood by the public.
He stressed that the health of Poles is the first priority.
It is reported that the draft plan will be sent to government ministers that night and is expected to be adopted in the form of a resolution on the 15th.
The plan aims to achieve Poland’s universal immunization against COVID-19 by 2021, and the vaccination is free and voluntary.
The first batch of vaccinators will be carried out among high-risk groups such as medical staff, soldiers, and people over 65 years old.
