According to CNN, the coronavirus epidemic caused by the outbreak of a COVID-19 variant in a prison in Michigan.

Previously, the staff of the prison was found to have contracted the COVID-19 variant.

Of the first batch of 95 test samples sent for inspection after prison, another 90 cases of COVID-19 variant strain infection were found.

Of these, 88 prisoners and 2 prison staff were diagnosed with infection, all of which were variants of the novel coronavirus found in the United Kingdom.

The results of the second batch of 100 test samples have not yet been released.
