South Korea at the end of the year. In addition, the South Korean government is deeply concerned about the sewage treatment of the Fukushima nuclear power plant, but the Japanese side maintains that there is no problem in terms of safety.

According to the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lee Do-hoon, Minister of Peaceful Negotiations on the Korean Peninsula, held a meeting with Takizaki Naraki on the morning of the 29th.

The two sides agreed to stabilize and control the regional situation and promote the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and the establishment of a lasting peace mechanism. Exchange of views on the progress of Korea-Japan, Korea-US-Japan cooperation plans.

This is the first bureau-level consultation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea and Japan in more than four months.
