The Czech President will appoint Jakob Kourhanek as the new Minister for Foreign Affairs

April 15th, local time, Czech presidential spokesman Ovchacek announced on his social media that President Zeman would appoint Jakub Kulhánek as the new Czech foreign minister at Prague Castle at 1400 hours on the 21st of this month.

Kurhanek, 36, is currently the Czech deputy interior minister, joining the Social Democratic Party (SPD) along with former foreign minister Petrzycek, who was sacked on Monday.
