Members of the Central Leading Body, such as Cho Yong-hae, Lee Yong-won, Lee Byung-chul, Kim Tak-hoon and other members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Workers’ Party of Korea, guided the various departments’ agreement meetings.
The meeting discussed the practicality of the goals and tasks to be completed in various fields of socialist construction in North Korea in the next five years, and discussed economic construction, agricultural production, education and cultural industry development, promoting scientific and technological development, and strengthening national defense forces.
