February 16 The Afghan Ministry of Defense issued a statement on the 16th, saying that the military destroyed a Taliban “prison” in Baghlan province in the north on the night of the 15th and rescued 42 people from it.

The statement said that the military rescued a total of 6 soldiers, 19 policemen and 17 civilians.

The statement also said that this is the second Taliban “prison” destroyed by the military in Baghlan Province in nearly two months.
