The suspect in the shooting in New York Times Square on May 12 was arrested by police in Florida, U.S. media reported on May 12, local time. The suspect, named as Farrakhan Muhammad, 31, has been arrested several times on charges of robbery, theft and fraud.
It is understood that the day of the shooting incident caused a total of three people were injured, one of the victims is a 4-year-old girl. All three victims recovered well and were discharged from hospital.
