According to the Spanish financial authorities, the department is making a decree in accordance with the previous agreement between the government and trade unions, which stipulates that public servants can voluntarily telecommuting three days a week and guarantees that telecommuting public servants have the same rights as face-to-face workers, such as remuneration, Working hours, etc.
