South Korea’s Procuratorial and Correctional Commission handles the case of the Attorney General for the first time in the history of South Korea

Yonhap News Agency on December 10th, the Korean Prosecutorial and Correctional Committee met on the morning of the 10th to deal with the case of Attorney General Yoon Seo-yue to consider whether to punish Yoon Seo-yue and the severity of the punishment.

The meeting of the Prosecutor’s Disciplinary Committee was held because the Minister of Justice requested the Attorney General to punish the Prosecutor General, which is the only one in South Korea’s constitutional history.
