South Korea will relax pandemic prevention measures for some facilities from the 18th.

According to Yonhap News Agency, quoting the Central Disaster Safety Headquarters of South Korea on the 17th, the implementation period of the current pandemic prevention response measures and measures prohibiting gatherings of more than five people has been extended for another two weeks, but the epidemic prevention measures for some public gathering facilities will be relaxed from the 18th.

Specifically, the government allows cafes to provide canteen food before 9:00 p.m., but customers who wear masks all the way except meals will be fined 100,000 won (about $1k) and recommended staying for up to one hour.

The government also has conditions to allow religious lines such as worship, mass, law and so on.

Under the next activity, the number of participants in the capital and non-capital circles is limited to 10% and 20% of the capacity, respectively.
