According to the Slovenian news agency, at around 21:00 local time on 21 May, six shots were fired in a row on the street of Križevniška in the capital Ljubljana, causing panic among pedestrians and no one was injured.

The incident, which took place near the Jewish Cultural Centre, was reported to have been made informally by police and had nothing to do with a recent pro-Palestinian demonstration in central Ljubljana. So far, however, the perpetrators have not been found and police have cordoned off the streets and conducted searches.
