Recently, in Vladivostok, Russia, after a “freezing rain”, a homeless man was found trapped in an ice mound and died. According to reports, the man was 60 years old this year and was relatively well-known in the local area.
He fell to death on the road when he went to a church that night.
The gatekeeper Yevgeny found his body frozen in the street at the entrance of the church. It is reported that the area has suffered severe weather for several days, causing damage to cars, trees, and electricity.
120,000 people have been out of power for more than three days, and about 23,000 people have no heating.
