Sergei Saviliev, deputy general manager of the Russian National Space Group, said on December 1 that on behalf of the Russian National Space Group, he congratulated the successful landing of the ‘Ev5 probe launched by his Chinese counterparts on the lunar surface. Saviliev also said that lunar exploration projects are one of the priority directions for space science research in many countries. China and Russia have been exploring cooperation in this field.
