Azerbaijani said that it is ready to compensate Russia and will immediately launch an investigation.
The report pointed out that before the helicopter was shot down, it was escorting the convoy of Russia’s 102nd military base, which is located in Armenia.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that it affirmed that Azerbaijan immediately admitted its wrong attitude.
