Russian Satellite News Agency reported on January 26 that Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov met with Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif.

Lavrov said that Russia and Iran intend to fully restore the Iran nuclear agreement.

According to the report, although U.S. President Biden expressed interest in negotiating a nuclear agreement to return to Iran, the United States has not yet begun a dialogue with Iran.
