Moscow, December 3rd The foreign ministers or deputy foreign ministers of Russia, the United States and France, the Minsk Group Co-Chairmen of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), issued a joint statement on the 3rd, calling on foreign mercenaries to immediately withdraw from the Nagorno-Karabakh (Naqqaq) region.

The karabakh region is located in southwest Azerbaijan, and its residents are mostly ethnic Armenians.
