Rocket attacks continue in southern Israel, with the Israeli army saying it has “devastated” Hamas intelligence headquarters

16 May, from 11 a.m. to 14 p.m. local time 2021 , armed groups such as the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Gaza Strip fired several rounds of rockets at southern cities such as Natiwat, Israel, some of which landed directly next to local city streets and petrol stations.

In the meantime, the Israel Defense Forces said on social media that Israeli forces had “devastated” Hamas intelligence headquarters in the northern Gaza Strip.

The IDF also said Hamas had fired nearly 2,900 rockets at Israel since the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian exchange of fire on May 10.
