According to the report, some advisers around Trump believe that Haspel would not obey the president or the director of national intelligence, John Ratcliffe. A “source familiar with the situation” revealed that she often bypassed the chain of command to advance personal and CIA agendas.

In addition, another source said that some officials questioned that Haspel ran to Congress for internal briefings before Trump or Ratcliffe reached a final resolution. “That was to put pressure on the White House to Get the kind of result she wants.”

On the other hand, Trump asked for the decryption of thousands of pages of documents, exposing that the allegations of the so-called “passage to Russia” are actually all lies, but Haspel has been reluctant to decrypt it, which made the Trump camp unhappy. A senior official said that the trust between the White House and the Central Intelligence Agency had “completely broken.”

This week, the Trump administration has resigned. US media reported on the 12th that due to pressure from the White House, two senior U.S. Department of Homeland Security officials resigned. One of them is Bryan Ware, a senior official of the U.S. Department of Land Security’s Network and Infrastructure Security Agency; the other is the Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Land Security for International Affairs, Valerie Boyd .

In addition, on the 10th local time, the day after Trump fired US Defense Secretary Esper, many senior Pentagon officials suddenly resigned. The latest officials to resign include James Anderson, the Pentagon’s top policy officer, Joseph Kernan, the Pentagon’s top intelligence officer, and Esper’s chief of staff, Jen Stewart.

All three submitted a letter of resignation with immediate effect. US media said that the move triggered a reorganization of the leadership of the US Department of Defense.
