According to a report by “Russia Today” (RT) on the 16th, an American journalist tested positive for the novel coronavirus and went to Georgia with President-elect Biden to participate in the event on Tuesday (15th).
Biden had coughed repeatedly during his speech before explaining that he had “had a cold,” the report said.
