According to a report by Qatar’s local media on the evening of the 5th, Kuwait’s Foreign Minister confirmed that Qatar and Saudi Arabia have reached an agreement to reopen the air, land and sea and land borders from midnight local time on the same day.

Earlier that day on the 5th, a high-level Kuwaiti delegation visited Qatar and brought a message from the Emir of Kuwait (Head of State) to the Emir of Qatar (Head of State).

Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and other countries suddenly announced on June 5, 2017 that they would sever diplomatic relations with Qatar and close their borders to impose a blockade.
