by YCPress

April 23rd, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree against foreign unfriendly behavior, according to the Russian president’s official website.

According to the Decree, if a foreign State is unfriendly to a Russian State, citizen or legal person, Russia will restrict (and, if necessary, completely prohibit) the conclusion of labour contracts, labour agreements and other civil contracts between diplomatic missions and consular offices, state organs and agency representatives of those countries and individuals in Russia.

The Russian Federal Government has the power to determine the list of foreign countries applicable to the Act and the number of persons with whom agreements may be concluded, and, if necessary, to change the duration of countermeasures and implementation measures provided for in the Act. The Act shall enter into force as of the date of its official publication.
