APRIL 16 RUSSIAN SATELLITE NEWS AGENCY REPORTED THAT THE ANIMAL WELFARE ASSOCIATION IN KRAKOW, POLAND, RECENTLY RECEIVED A CALL FOR HELP, SOME RESIDENTS FOUND “UNIDENTIFIED DANGEROUS CREATURES” IN THE TREES OUTSIDE THEIR HOMES, AND FINALLY SOLVED THE CASE, IT IS A CROISSANT!
A woman reportedly told the Zoological Society that a mysterious animal had been lying on a tree on their doorstep for about two days, and nearby residents were afraid to open their windows for fear that the animal would break into the home. The Animal Welfare Association of Krakow, Poland, said on its social platform that the operator asked the caller to describe the animal in detail and ask if it was a bird of prey so they could take some preparatory measures. The woman said it was not a bird, “a brown thing, sitting motionless in a tree, like a … Big lizard. ”
According to the woman’s description, the operator initially determined that it was an abandoned pet trapped in a tree and could have died of starvation or exposure. Rescue teams often find abandoned pets like this, having found sick cats in enclosed vans, hamsters in bins and even discarded domestic fish in roadside buckets. Perhaps the lizard was abandoned, the author added, “and I don’t know how the poor little thing felt when it was left in a tree on such a cold two days.” ”
As the animal rescue team approached, they found the brown “animal” sitting quietly on a lilac branch. “Its brown skin sparkles in the sun… We looked more closely at the poor thing, which had neither legs nor head. “However, when they got close, they found a big oolong – it was just an ordinary croissant, probably thrown out of the window to feed the birds, and still stuck to the branches. At the end of the post, the group appealed to people to support their rescue efforts, even if some croissants sometimes needed to be saved.
