He said he hoped to finish the negotiations this week and study the specific time of vaccine distribution as soon as possible.

Galvez has previously said that the Philippines’ first coronavirus vaccine in the future is likely to come from China.

He said that he believed in the assessment of the Philippines expert group, recognized the safety of Chinese vaccines and was willing to vaccinate.
