After the increase of epidemic prevention level, all KTV and indoor sports facilities in the capital circle area were suspended. Large supermarkets, shopping malls, cinemas, Internet cafes, barbershops, etc. covering an area of more than 300 square meters were banned from opening after 21:00, and parties and activities of more than 50 people were prohibited. Bars and other high-risks such as bars in non-capital circle areas were prohibited. The venue is suspended, coffee shops are banned from canteen meals all day long, parties and activities for more than 100 people are prohibited.
South Korean Prime Minister Ding Se-kyun said on the same day that although the government has taken a series of measures to strengthen epidemic prevention, the epidemic situation is still very serious.
