No one was injured when an offshore drilling rig collapsed and sank in Malaysia

On the afternoon of May 3, a Malaysian offshore drilling rig at the junction of Sabah and Brunei seas suddenly collapsed and then sank to the bottom of the sea, leaving all 101 people working on the platform safely evacuated from shore without injury.

It is reported that the accident occurred in the offshore drilling platform was put into use in 2015, worth about 20 million U.S. dollars.
