According to the Moscow Times on January 17, Navaline will return to Russia from Germany today, and the plane is expected to land at Vonukovo International Airport at 19:20 Moscow time on the 17th.
Russian authorities warned that he would be arrested and imprisoned immediately upon arrival.
According to The Guardian, “Russia is my homeland, Moscow is my hometown, and I miss it,” Navaline wrote in an Instagram post.
News from Navaline has put Russian authorities in trouble, and the prison department said he will be arrested for not attending the parole hearing at the time of poisoning.
Vnukovo airport also restricted journalists’ reporting in the terminal, and authorities warned supporters not to gather.
