January 27th local time, in Tesla’s fourth quarter financial report conference call, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that the Shanghai factory produces more than 5,000 Model 3s a week.

Tesla said in its fourth quarter financial report that the annual production capacity of Model 3 in Shanghai Super Factory has the ability to maintain more than 250,000 vehicles.

Model Y production began at the end of 2020 and is currently in a state of full production.

Musk revealed that the new Model S is in production, and the price may be increased by $10,000, and delivery will begin in February.

The new Model X is also being planned, and will be delivered soon after the delivery of the new Model S.

Musk also said that chip shortages may have a short-term impact on the company’s production and is doing his best to tide over the chip shortage.
