AFP on January 21 said that Mexico welcomed Biden’s signing of an executive order to stop building the border wall between the United States and Mexico.

On the 20th local time, President-elect and Democrat Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States in Washington.

Biden signed a series of executive orders in the Oval Office that day, according to CNBC.

These executive orders cover many aspects, including the requirement to impose the wearing of masks, the agreement to allow the return of the United States to Paris, and the revocation of some directives by former President Trump, such as stopping the construction of the wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Biden’s first executive order also included a return to the WHO, ending the so-called Muslim travel ban, and demanding an extension of the suspension of student loan payments.
