At around 2.30 p.m. local time on April 19, a man burst into a mosque on Kavaja Street in the capital, stabbing five people, the Albanian Daily News reported. The suspect was quickly captured by the police and his identity has been confirmed.
The suspect is from Burrel, 34. After the incident, five injured people were quickly taken to hospital for treatment, none of which are currently life-threatening.
