by YCPress

February 17th According to the World Daily, according to the California government’s public health safety standards, once only 25 cases per 100,000 people are confirmed, California will allow primary schools to reopen.

On the evening of February 15 local time, the Los Angeles County Public Health Bureau notified the relevant schools by email, and it is expected to meet this standard on February 16.

The news means that Los Angeles County will allow dozens of primary schools to reopen as early as this week to provide students with classroom in-person instruction.

All schools wishing to reopen must submit plans to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and the California Department of Public Health, certifying that they have implemented a full set of safety measures to allow schools to open safely.

Dr. Barbara Ferrer, director of public health in Los Angeles, posted more information at a media conference at 2 p.m.

February 16th.” This is an encouraging milestone, and we look forward to continuing to work with all stakeholders to ensure the safety of students, teachers and staff returning to school.”
