Japan launches robot automatic PCR detection system, with 2,500 daily inspections

Fujita Medical University (Tyomi City, Aichi Prefecture) in Japan, showed the media the first container equipped with an automatic PCR detection system for robots in China on the 4th.

The results of COVID-19 tests can be obtained 80 minutes after putting them in the test sample, and up to 2,500 pieces can be processed every day. It is reported that it will be officially launched by the end of March.

The system was developed by Kawasaki Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and was set up in the hospital area of Fujita Medical University Hospital in Toyaki City.
