December 11, the Italian Ministry of the Interior issued a notice clarifying that Minister La Morgesse had not been infected with the novel coronavirus.

Italian media reported on the 7th that when La Morgeese attended the cabinet meeting in the Prime Minister’s Office, he received a notification that he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

After that, La Morgeese himself, Foreign Minister Dimayo, Minister of Justice Bonafede and others began to self-quarantine.

The Ministry of the Interior announced that the results of the coronavirus test on December 7 were not accurate.

La Morgese re-tested twice on the 9th and 10th, and the results were negative, so official activities will resume on the 12th.
