On November 20th the pandemic notice released by the Israeli Ministry of Health showed that from

18:00 on the 19th to 16:00 on the 20th, 699 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were added in Israel, reaching a total of 327,748 cases.

Two new deaths occurred, with a total of 2,744 deaths. So far, there are 8,460 confirmed cases, and 318 people are critically ill.

Of these, 123 are on ventilators and 316,544 have been cured.

On the same day (20th), Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu announced that the

Israeli government signed an agreement with the British pharmaceutical company

AstraZeneca to buy millions of doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

This is Israel’s third vaccine agreement after reaching a purchase agreement with Moderna and Pfizer.

Israel is reportedly in talks with Russia to buy a Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine from Russia.
