The Hungarian Ministry of Finance said that this expenditure would not affect this year’s fiscal deficit budget target.

The budget has risen to 9% of GDP due to a sharp decline than expected.

The Treasury Department did not specify the exact cost of the vaccine factory.

Hungary’s chief medical officer Cecilia has said that the vaccine factory will help Hungary’s vaccine supply be self-sufficient to cope with the coronavirus epidemic.

December 27, Hungary will be the first batch of coronavirus vaccines for doctors, nurses and intensive care unit staff.
