Hungary is expected to receive the first batch of Chinese coronavirus vaccine next week.

February 11th local time, Gergely Gulyas, director of the Hungarian Prime Minister’s Office, said at a press conference that Hungary is expected to receive the first batch of coronavirus vaccines from China National Pharmaceutical Group next week.

On January 29, the Hungarian Center for Coronavirus Prevention and Control announced that the Hungarian National Institute of Medicine and Nutrition approved the use of the coronavirus vaccine produced by the National Pharmaceutical Group of China.

Hungary thus became the first EU country to approve the use of China’s coronavirus vaccine.
