According to the report, a Houthi spokesperson posted the news on social media, but the Saudi government did not immediately confirm the matter. A spokesperson for the Houthi organization warned foreign companies working in Saudi Arabia to be careful because the organization “will continue to take action.”
Since the Houthis occupied Sana’a, the capital of Yemen, in 2014, and subsequently occupied a large area of northern part of the country, wars in Yemen have continued.
The report pointed out that in March 2015, the Saudi-led coalition forces intervened to restore the government led by President Abdullab Mansour Hadi, leading to an escalation of the fighting.
