Greece: The quarantine period for immigrants from the UK has been extended from 7 days to 10 days.

According to Greek media reports on December 21, Greek officials decided to extend the quarantine period for people entering the UK from the same period of 7 days announced the previous day to 10 days, and start implementing the new measure at 6 a.m. on the 22nd.

In addition, the Greek Civil Aviation Administration announced on the 21st that it will extend the validity of the aviation directive prohibiting non-EU citizens from entering Greece until January 7, 2021, and adjusted the list of countries that are allowed to enter.

Singapore, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. Citizens can still enter the country with residence certificates, but Uruguay has been removed from the updated list.

All passengers entering Greece on international flights must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.

All travelers entering from abroad must still complete the “Passenger Location Form” through the official website travel.gov.gr/ .
