According to Greek media reports, on February 4 local time, four French Air Force gust fighters and Greek Air Force Mirage-2000 and F-16 fighters held a joint military exercise code-named Skyros-2021 over the Aegean Sea.

According to the introduction, this is the debut of gust fighters in the Aegean Sea.

As part of the military exercise, an Airbus A330TT aircraft of the French Air Force also airs refueled French gusts and Greek fighters at an altitude of 24,000 feet on the island of Zakynthos in Greece.

January 25 this year, Greece signed an agreement with the French defense ministers, and Greece will spend 2.32 billion euros to buy 18 French gust fighters.

It is expected that the first batch of six second-hand gust fighters will be delivered to the Greek military from June this year, and the second batch of six new gust fighters will arrive in Greece from August next year.

The Gust is the fourth generation of French fighters designed and manufactured by Dassault Airlines.

This aircraft adopts a twin-engine engine, which has multiple functions and can perform tasks such as aerial combat and reconnaissance at the same time.

The gust has excellent flexibility and stability.

It can take off from a small runway of about 400 meters and aircraft carriers. Since 2001, gust fighters have been equipped with the French navy and air force.

It was not until 2004 that the aircraft began to participate in the war and was sent to Afghanistan to play an air protection role.
