The authorities warned people to stay away from the coast and potentially damaged buildings.

Due to the frequent occurrence of aftershocks after the earthquake, the Turkish authorities in Izmir Province also warned people not to return to the damaged buildings, saying that these buildings may collapse in the strong aftershocks.

At the same time, there are still many people who dare not return to their homes despite being unharmed, choosing to spend the night on the street.
