The hearing dates are from 5 April to 8 April, from 12 to 15 April and from 19 to 22 April. This is also the first time that Najib has appealed the decision in the SRC International case.

On 28 July 2020, the Kuala Lumpur High Court found Najib guilty of seven counts in the case of SRC International, a former subsidiary of the “One Malaysian Development Company” (“One Horse Company”), and sentenced him to 12 years’ imprisonment and a fine of 210 million ringgit (about 350 million people).
