Gremil Naz, spokesman of the Bicor Regional Office of the Philippine Civil Defense Department, said that more than 1,200 people have been evacuated to the asylum center in the Bicor area due to floods and landslides.

In addition, some roads in the area are currently impassable.

Naz said that the local government is actively taking rescue measures to help the people in need.
