Khalil Rahman Haqqani, a core afghan Taliban fighter, met with Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, a former Prime Minister of Afghanistan and chairman of the Islamic Party, in the country’s capital, Kabul, Afghanistan Dawn TV reported Wednesday. No details of the talks have been disclosed.
