The 11th Circuit Court of Bogotá, the capital of Colombia, ruled on the 3rd, explicitly requiring all passengers over the age of two to produce a negative COVID-19 test report within 48 hours, and requiring all passengers to comply with the 14-day preventive mandatory quarantine policy after entering the country, and the government must follow up. The isolation of inbound passengers is handled.

The court said that the decision was aimed at avoiding the collapse of Colombia’s public health service system at all levels. In order to curb the spread of the epidemic, health and epidemic prevention at the entrance port should be strengthened to prevent imported cases.

The Colombian Ministry of Health announced on the 3rd that 9,233 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 188 deaths were added in Colombia, with a total of more than 1.34 million confirmed cases nationwide, reaching 13,43,322 and 37,305 deaths.
