Chicagoans continue to march against violent police enforcement

by YCPress

The shooting death of 13-year-old Latino teenager Adam Toledo by police in Chicago, Illinois, has sparked days of protests there.

18 local time, Chicago people again held a rally to criticize the Chicago police for the long history of violent law enforcement and other misconduct, especially in the African-American and Hispanic communities. Protesters demanded an end to gun violence by the police.

Chicagoans have staged several protests against violent police enforcement and racial discrimination since a video of the law enforcement recorder at the time of Toledo’s shooting death was released Friday.
