According to Reuters and The Sun, there has been an “air vaccine” recently occurred in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. On February 17th, local time, Rio de Janeiro police launched an investigation.
According to the report, in recent days, there have been at least three incidents in which the elderly have been vaccinated against “air vaccine”. Videos circulating on social media show that medical staff pulled out the needle after only a pause after pricking the needle on the elderly, but did not press the piston core rod.
The Rio de Janeiro Board of Care reportedly said in a note that all the people involved had been fired and that the elderly who had been vaccinated with the “air vaccine” had been later vaccinated. Police suspect that medical staff have transferred some of the coronavirus vaccine.
According to the report, if the behavior is true, the person involved in the case or charged on charges such as embezzlement can be sentenced to up to 12 years’ imprisonment.
The Sun said that injecting air into the veins may lead to embolism and, in severe cases, it can be fatal.
