According to CNBC, U.S. President Biden said on February 11 local time that China is surpassing the United States in infrastructure.
Biden told the bipartisan Senate group at the White House:
“They [China] have invested a lot of money and billions of dollars to deal with transportation, environment and other issues.
They (China) have a great lead in the railway field. They already have trains with speeds of 225 miles per hour (about 362.1 kilometers per hour).
Biden also said that if the United States does not continue to develop infrastructure, China will surpass the United States.
