U.S. President Joe Biden, speaking at a community college in Norfolk, Va., on May 3rd, reiterated that he would raise corporate taxes and taxes on high-income earners to pay for his earlier infrastructure plan. Biden called on high-income Americans and businesses to pay their “fair share” and provide workers with free community college education and other benefits.

Biden visited schools in Virginia Wednesday, stressing that his proposed infrastructure plan would benefit low-income people and provide more access to education and a secure network.
