On November 21st local time, the Ministry of Energy of Belarus announced that the power supply to Ukraine will resume from the same day, and the export of electricity to Ukraine will be carried out in accordance with the relevant contracts signed by the two countries. At the same time, Uzbekistan also confirmed the restoration of electricity supply in Belarus.
In early November, Belarus said it would refuse to export electricity to Ukraine, and then announced a moratorium on electricity exports to Ukraine from November 18, and when power supply will be restored will depend on technical possibilities.
