Beirut City Government of Lebanon issued a statement on the 19th, stating that relevant municipal departments have conducted an inspection of various

On the 9th of this month, a fuel tank explosion occurred in the Jeddid area

resulting in 3 deaths and more than 50 injuries. The surrounding buildings and vehicles were seriously damaged.

Recently, there have been many explosions of flammable and explosive materials in residential areas of

Beirut and other densely populated areas, causing casualties. In this regard, Prime Minister Diab of the caretaker

government requested relevant agencies to take necessary and decisive measures to prevent recurrence.
